The Role

The project administrator will have a key role in collating and checking the data relating to our clients projects (both electronic and paper based) and ensuring that processes are followed, to communicate the data to their clients within the required timescales. This role is vital in being able to provide regular payments of grant funding directly to contractors.

What will this person do:

·Co-ordinate and carry out the uploading of information to clients Web- based systems and our internal IT system

·Quality checking contractors paperwork and claims

·Customer satisfaction/technical inspections recording and monitoring, including telephone surveys

·Data Input

·Work alongside our operational and business development teams to provide administrative support including booking trains/hotels

·Making & receiving calls and administering the data taken over the phone

• Deliver and maintain Key Performance Indicators, performance management of your team and achievement of significant growth targets through strong leadership.
• Monitor and analyse team performance trends and utilise the outputs of such analysis to improve the performance of the team and individuals.
• Driving a reward and recognition culture, providing motivation, coaching, incentives, appropriate training and development as required across the contact centres to achieve best practice, improved employee performance and enhanced employee engagement.
• Review, recommend and implement changes beneficial to performance, quality and service levels.

To liaise with teaching staff, technician and senior technician and assist with maintenance, organisation and preparation of equipment, tools and resources in the practical rooms as required. Ability to work on own initiative and organise time effectively essential. Training will be given in safe use of machinery and equipment. A clean driving licence is essential as there would be occasional food consumables shopping required.

Food room - Washing, drying and organisation of resources at the end of each day; Organising resources and maintaining equipment; Occasional shopping for consumables; Assisting in classroom with practical activities, preparation and organisation by prior arrangement with teaching staff and Curriculum Leader. Textiles room – Helping to maintain sewing machines and resources; Drying, tidying and organisation of materials; Maintaining equipment.Graphics room – Liaise with the ICT Department to keep equipment operational; Organising resources and maintaining tools and materials.Resistant Materials room– Maintain materials room; Maintain order of tools and resources; Complete visual safety check at end of each day, replace parts or report any damage to Curriculum Leader and Site Manager; Support student needs in preparing / cutting materials (safe use of machines training will be given)Technicians room/Prep room- Help maintain and organise resources, tools and equipment. Prepare resources for the following day.
